Board of Directors

The governance of the Kittson Memorial Hospital Association is vested in the Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of a group of individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skillsets which contribute to the board’s collective ability to perform governance and oversight of the organization. Current board members have experience in different vocations including healthcare, finance, business, and human resources.

The Board of Directors are elected on a staggered basis at the time of the regularly scheduled annual stockholder meeting. Vacancies during the term year are filled through appointment by the Board of Directors.

The Kittson Memorial Hospital Association By-laws require a minimum of seven and a maximum of nine board members. Kittson Memorial Hospital Association members are encouraged to submit a Board of Directors Nomination Form if interested in becoming a future member of the board.
