Full-Time and Part-Time Benefits Package includes, but not limited to:

  • Medical – Choose between medical plans that fit your needs, including Health Savings Account (HSA) eligible medical plan option with employer contribution for both single and family coverage options. Plan your expenses and opt in for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and choose between 3 different types of FSA’s that fit your needs.
  • Dental – Choose between our two dental option plans to support your wellness and financial goals. One of the single plan options is 100% employer paid.
  • Vision – Competitive copay costs and extra saving available, save more when you spend on featured brands. Single plan options is 100% employer paid.
  • Basic Life and AD&D – Competitive coverage level 100% employer paid benefit. Eligible employees may purchase additional voluntary life/AD&D coverage for yourself, spouse, and dependents.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – Employees with less than 1 year service have 16 days off and increase as service years increase for a maximum of 45 days off.
  • Extended Time Off (ETO) – Employees receive 9 days per year.  
  • 403b plan – Voluntary employee deduction with up to a 3% employer match contribution.
  • Educational Scholarships – As funds permit, we make scholarships available to eligible candidates, providing opportunities for further education and development.
  • Cellphone discount – For AT&T users.
  • Employer paid CNA Training – At Kittson Healthcare we advocate for promoting the needs of healthcare workers, we offer support getting you your CNA and cover the costs for you.
  • Employee Assistance Program – Short term and confidential counseling made easily accessible for you in a variety of areas, the Village Family Center offers professional guidance at no cost to you.
  • Supplemental benefit options – At your own cost you may choose between insurance coverage for accidents, critical care, hospital indemnity, short-term disability, and/or cancer insurance. 
  • Shift Differential Pay – Kittson Healthcare acknowledges nursing team members for their efforts and the expectation to provide excellent services that is 24/7 in healthcare. Pay will be adjusted for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
