Sleep Studies
Do you have trouble sleeping through the night? Do you often feel tired during the day? Does your partner complain about your snoring or mention that you seem to stop breathing while you sleep?
Not getting enough rest or disturbing the cycle and stages of restorative sleep can have significant consequences, impacting your lifestyle, relationships, job performance, and general health. Better sleep results in better overall health, less moodiness and increased memory, learning, and reasoning. If you want to feel your best, stay healthy, and perform up to your potential, sleep is a necessity, not a luxury.
If you’re having trouble getting a good night’s sleep ask your medical provider to make a referral to Winmar Diagnostics for a sleep study to be performed at Kittson Healthcare in Hallock, MN.
