Every summer, neighbors, businesses, volunteers, and community supporters come together for more than a round of golf. They come together to invest in local healthcare—ensuring friends, families, and future generations have access to quality care close to home.
This year, the Kittson Memorial Foundation celebrated the 20th Annual Score Fore Golf Tournament, continuing a tradition of generosity that has now raised an incredible $354,400 for Kittson Healthcare.

The Score Fore Golf Tournament has always been about more than golf.
Year after year, it brings people together to help keep quality healthcare close to home. Every golfer who signs up, every sponsor who gives, every volunteer who lends a hand, and every donation helps strengthen healthcare for families across Kittson County.
For two decades, this tournament has shown what can happen when people come together with a shared purpose.

Support from the Score Fore Golf Tournament helps us invest in equipment and services that improve comfort, safety, and quality of care. This year's gift will help provide a new walk-in therapeutic tub for Nursing Home residents, improving comfort and supporting quality care.
