As a registered dietitian, Gwen provides individualized nutrition plans and expertise for people of all ages affected by nutritional disorders, deficiencies, chronic illness, and obesity. She works individually with clients to help them select appropriate foods, vitamins and minerals for overall health and specific medical conditions. Gwen is also a certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES) and part of the healthcare team to assist patients in their understanding of diabetes. By providing education regarding the various forms of diabetes, including type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes, patients learn how to live a healthy lifestyle despite the disease.
