Mr. Everett Butler has extensive experience working in healthcare, particularly in the area of management of Critical Access Hospitals. He is from Grafton, North Dakota and is familiar with positives of rural healthcare systems as well as the problems these systems face. He has served as CEO in hospital systems in Warren, MN, Grafton and Cavalier ND over the past 43 years. Everett received a diploma from the Professional Business Institute. His certifications include LHS Administrator in the Training Program. His hobbies are fishing, golf and riding motorcycle.
Nursing Home Administrator, Director of Family Health
Cindy began her career at Kittson Memorial in 1982 as a hospital nurse. In August, 1982, Cindy accepted a position with Kittson Community Health Services as a home health/public health nurse. Cindy continued in home health for the next 32 years becoming the director in 2002, and taking on the supervision of River’s Edge Assisted Living in 2007, before accepting the position of CEO in 2014. Cindy currently holds the position of Nursing Home Administrator and Director of Public Health for Kittson County.
Cindy received her bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. Cindy is also licensed as a long term care administrator and over sees the 60 bed facility at Kittson Memorial. Cindy is active in the community as she serves on the Kennedy City Council, the Kittson County Hospice Board, the Violence Intervention Project Board of Directors in Thief River Falls, MN and is an active member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Hallock. In her free time, Cindy enjoys travel, golf, and spending time with family and friends.
Director of Nursing and Administrator of Hospital Services
Tawnya’s career spans over 41 years of serving Kittson County in Minnesota. She started her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, and then a Registered Nurse. Tawnya has worked in Long Term Care and all other areas of the hospital including Emergency Room, Obstetrics, Operating Room and Medical/Surgical. She holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Comprehensive Advanced Life Support, and FEMA Incident Command.
Tawnya’s passions are caring for others with safe, competent, and compassionate care. Tawnya and her husband Todd live in rural Hallock, MN. She is a member of Grace Lutheran Church and volunteers with Kittson County Hospice as a Care Coordinator. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and most outdoor activities.
